Just in case, here's a little dictionary. ;)
Most of the downloads on this website are packed in RAR, so if you can't extract them try going to www.iceows.com download the 1meg packet extractor, install.
The Sims2 downloads should be extracted into the sims downloads folder which is situated in the My Documents folder by default on drive C.
Everything on this website including the design is made by me unless stated otherwise. The sims 2 is their own copyright, I didn't make it. :)
